Environmental Sustainability

We believe that protecting mother earth is everyone’s responsibility, right from each person doing their part as an individual, to communities working together as a whole. At the Arya Group Foundation (AGF), we take environmental protection very seriously, and have adopted processes to nurture our natural vegetation and sustain biodiversity.

To fulfil our vision of an eco-friendly environment, and protect our natural flora and fauna, the AGF has undertaken the following activities:

  • Conducting environment protection awareness programmes
  • Providing training on agro products like vermin compost
  • Forming eco clubs and nature clubs in schools to create an awareness among the children
  • Conducting social forestry and afforestation programmes
  • Developing the Green Belt in the periphery
  • Developing gardens and fruit gardens
  • Dust Suppression is done by sprinkling water on 8 km roads
