Ambika holds a Master's degree in Environmental Chemistry from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha. He possesses two decades of working experience in the development sector, having collaborated with numerous esteemed national and international organizations.
His expertise encompasses areas such as Social Welfare, Corporate Social Responsibility, Research and Development, Program and Project Management, Common Livelihood Groups, fostering Farmer Producer Organizations, Public Relations, scaling entrepreneurial ventures, Integrated Natural Resource Management, promotion of both farm and non-farm enterprises, partnership management with ICAR institutions, state and central agricultural universities, SRLM, and various government agencies.
Additionally, he has a strong focus on regenerative agriculture and the promotion of livelihoods based on Non-Timber Forest Products. Prior to his tenure at AGF, he contributed to leading national and international organizations, like PRADAN, AKRSPI, Digital Green, and Dr. Reddy's Foundation, across various states. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the Nasser Munji Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

Mr. Avay Jojo possesses a Master's degree in Social Work from the Bhopal School of Social Sciences, which he earned between 2011 and 2013. He has accumulated over ten years of experience in the field of Social Development, focusing on Education and Youth Skill Development. His professional competencies encompass the design and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, community outreach, and program management.
Mr. Avay is tasked with the creation and execution of CSR strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing budgets and resources, as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress of various projects.
He demonstrates a keen interest in areas such as Education, Sustainable Livelihoods, Women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Youth Empowerment, and Skill Development initiatives aimed at young people.
